Power: Black Witch can turn herself and anything she is wearing or carrying into a black cloud that can move in any direction, including up, about as fast as a person can run. This cloud can slip into cracks or ventillation shafts, and has not been demonstrated to be toxic. Black Witch can quickly (<1s) reform from the cloud, but she does not seem able or willing to reform overlapping a person. This is hypothesized to be a Manton limitation.
Behavior: Black Witch avoids direct confrontation. Subject is anecdotally known to leave behind moths as some sort of calling card.
