Power: Icarus is a Tinker specializing in personal bioaugmentation. She has implanted herself with jet-powered wings and an artificial arm containing unknown weaponry.

Behavior: Icarus is acting as an unsanctioned vigilante in the Denver metropolitan area, specifically targeting cohorts of the parahuman gang known as the Ravens (see casefile PRT-1993-0129). Subject has shown repeated aversion to PRT operatives and PRT-affiliated capes.

Containment: Per classification SOP, with the following amendments:
- To limit mobility, apply containment foam to jet intakes on Subject's back
- Subject's right arm contains multiple unknown weapons systems. Use foam to seal away arm as required.
- Behavior analysis suggests subject may have multiple implants with unknown capacities. Application of electrical shocks recommended to disable systems.
- Subject has unknown enhancements to aid in recon and targetting. Unknown if systems are implanted or in Subject's mask.
